Service Description

This combo class combines the benefits of two powerful low impact, high rep, light resistance, and lots of core work formats. We will use hand weights, resistance loops and pilates balls & delivers results that tone & lengthen head to toe. Sculpt "brings the burn" without overly straining the body by focusing on balance & body awareness with small movements, using light weights w/ high reps designed to isolate and fatigue one muscle group at a time. Sculpt is the ultimate beat driven, full body burn. You can expect to work every major muscle group, plus more traditional exercises like planks, squats & a push up or two. Give it a try!
